• your order number

• clear photos of the issue and the packaging (if damaged)

After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

No returns or refunds are accepted for change of mind.

Shipping costs: Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EU consumers: If mandatory consumer rights (such as the 14-day withdrawal right) apply to your order, those rights remain unaffected.
